As CEO, Christophe always gave the possibility to his employees to think about new projects. That is why in March 2021, Ludovic who works in one of his company offered Christophe to re-publish Coal Baron. this game released in 2013 is now totally out of stock and can only be found on the second-hand market at a very expensive price. A very sought-after game and 3 experts, perfect package to create this new project. So after visiting Cannes Festival in 2022, they sign Coal Baron rights with the two famous authors and the C AND C PUBLISHING adventure began.
Ludovic: Collection Director. Game board fan for years with more than 250 games in his games library, he is in charge of developing the C AND C PUBLISHING catalog. He meets authors, select potential games and work on improvement if in need to present them during publishing commission.
Mélaine: she likes playing board games. Project manager since 2015, she handles, for many video games publisher, unique objects manufacturing that we can find in collector editions or in stores. She is an expert in sourcing, quality and import.
Christophe: He discovers game boards but never says no to a game with his colleagues. With 30 years of experience, 10 in video games, Christophe is a multi-businessman who likes to create concepts and manages companies in communication and marketing. He already has developed two distribution companies in video games so it appears as obvious that the C AND C PUBLISHING project introduced by Ludovic needed to be associated to creating his own game board and accessories distributing company: CREATIVE AND COOL.
