Dungeons & Dragons Therapy: How Does It Work?

This conference takes a critical perspective on the available scientific data regarding the feasibility and effectiveness of psychological interventions mediated by tabletop role-playing games.
It will then present the results of pilot studies conducted in Switzerland, using cognitive and behavioral therapy techniques through the practice of the famous tabletop role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons, with individuals experiencing social anxiety and addictive engagement in video games.
The press conference will be held in French.
