Play one of your cards to designate the next player. A Whoot card designates your direct neighbor, a Double Whoot card designates the next neighbor and so on. The designated player must replay a card within the allotted time. Beware of Whootchi cards that change the direction of the game! If a player plays when it is not their turn, does not play before the end of the allotted time when it is their turn, the other players can announce a wrong note against them. The guilty player turns their Wrong Note card to the next number. Everyone then takes back their cards from the beginning of the round and the player who made the mistake starts a new round of play. The player with the fewest wrong notes at the end of the concert wins the game.
