The players take on the roles of criminals who find themselves in court after a bank robbery.
They will try to spend fewer years in prison than their former associates.
To do this, they will take turns, tossing each other evidence, objections, and other such pleasantries until the jury box is full, there are no more Balance tokens to win, or a criminal can no longer complete their hand.
The evidence gathered during the game and the increased sentences imposed by the jurors determine the length of the prison term.
