The International Games Festival is an event for all audiences that offers you the opportunity to meet people from the whole gaming community as well as discover the latest games. There is something for everyone; from great champions to the occasional player.

Year after year, it has become a key event on the game industry calendar for professionals who want to enjoy a dedicated space to discuss business and attend multiple networking events within the Fair.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS START ON WEDNESDAY THE 21st OF SEPTEMBER 2022
BOOKINGS END ON WEDNESDAY THE 14th OF DECEMBER 2022

Are you a publisher, distributor or shop looking to promote and sell your products? We offer you the possibility to exhibit by choosing the booth package best suited to your needs.

All booths are pre-equipped and start from 75€/m² (vat not included). They allow you to showcase your games and include the following: furniture (1 table and 4 chairs for each 9m²), partition walls (sodem, wood or concrete depending on the location), carpet, one 20cm x 50cm sign displaying the
name of your booth, electrical connection, neon light, Wi-Fi, badges for your team (the granted number depends on the surface of your booth) and an optional shared storage space for your supplies.

For any booth reservation - whatever the size - you will benefit from the following:
- 1 page on the Festival’s website that you will manage directly www.festivaldesjeux-cannes.com
- Your booth’s name on the Festival’s guide.
- Invitation to the “As d’Or Game of the Year” Award Ceremony.
- The possibility to showcase your latest games on the B2B showroom.
- Quick access to the Fair through dedicated entrances.
- Early access to the Fair from 8am to 9:30am before doors open to the public.
- Access to the business area (the showcase of the awarded games as well as the lounge bar).
- Access to the workshops, panels and conferences on the game industry.

Sales are allowed at your booth. We can also connect you to the shops present at the Fair should you wish to discuss the possibility of selling your game(s) through them as well.

LAYOUT OF THE EXPO AREAS

Inside the Palais des Festivals two new exhibition spaces join the existing ones for a total of 24,000m² of booths:

- The Expo Hall on Level -1: casual, expert and intermediate gamers
- The Riviera Expo Hall and Rotunda on Level 0: family and children games.
- New in 2023: Lerins Rotunda on Level 1: role-playing, Wargames & Figurines
- New in 2023: the Mediterranée Hall on Level 0 will be dedicated to creativity by showcasing the “As d’Or Game of the Year” label, and PROTOLAB.

Outside the Palais des Festivals everything is new. Several temporary buildings will be set up on the beach while the esplanade will host more exhibition spaces for the casual gamers where you will be able to showcase your latest creations, best-sellers and even organize tournaments!

Our business offices are private spaces connected to the business area or located on the top floors of the Palais des Festivals, offering a breathtaking view.
They allow you to set up your business meetings in the best conditions.
They are to be booked for the 4 days of the event (1 pre-opening day dedicated to professionals of the industry + 3 days of the public Fair).

BOOK AN AUDITORIUM

Do you want to take advantage of the industry members who will be present at the Fair to organize your own workshop, product showcase or networking event? The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès can provide you with one of its numerous auditoriums with a capacity from 10 up to 2200 attendees.
