Playing as Angela, you must travel the world and cash counterfeit checks totalling $1,000,000. Use your personal world map to secretly record your movements and your fake identities to escape if you are captured.
As Jessah, blow Angela's cover by locating her, then arrest her before she can carry out her plan. Fortunately, you have the FBI's virtually unlimited resources at your disposal: as the checks are cashed, your superiors will give you new means to take action.
Regardless of your role, 4 randomly drawn Action cards determine the choices available to both of you each round. Take turns placing your tokens face down to plan when and how to act, then resolve the actions according to their value – travel to a nearby city, cash a check from your hand (if you're in the right continent), draw a new check, or add/remove radars and road-blocks on the map.
